Appointment Policy
Appointments are preferred, however walk-ins will be accommodated. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.
 
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. Estimates will be provided upon request.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks.

 
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of your pet, all cats must be in a carrier when arriving at our clinic and while in the waiting area.  We encourage you to be present during your cat's examination, however, please allow our veterinary technicians to assist the doctor in handling your cat.
