Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of your pet, all cats must be in a carrier when arriving at the clinic and while in the waiting area. Even the calmest of cats can be startled by a passing truck or unexpected loud noise. So please, always have your cat in a secure carrier when traveling. If you have more than one cat you will be bringing in for an appointment, or just need help with getting your cat/cats from your car, we will be more than happy to assist you. We encourage you to be present during your cat's examination, however, please allow our veterinary technicians to assist the doctor in handling your cat.

When you arrive for your appointment with CTCH, you will be asked to answer a few questions, or fill out forms for drop off appointments and surgery. If you wish to fill out these forms ahead of time, you can visit the Download Forms tab from our main page.
